Get skills grades for each skill and each student. This service will return the subject name with its skills, and for each skill it will list the student grade and sum of all grades for that subject. To use this service, you must include the following parameters: classId, semesterId and gradeType.

Rate Limit: HEAVY

Permission needed: View general analysis (#312)
