What are the Carbon-Based Nanozymes?

As a new class of nanozymes for biochemical reactions, carbon-based nanozymes have a high operational stability and low cost than natural enzymes. Meanwhile, they are facilely prepared and have great robustness against stringent conditions. More importantly, the inherent electronic properties and broad absorption spectra of carbon materials confer excellent optical or acoustic response properties to carbon-based nanozymes, allowing them to exhibit great potential for biomedical applications.
